Cancellation Policy

If you would like to cancel your service, Arizona Avenue Wellness requires at least 24 hour notice. We understand that there are times when you must miss an appointment due to emergencies or obligations for work or family. However, when you do not call to cancel an appointment within 24 hours, you may be preventing another patient from getting a much-needed service. Conversely, the situation may arise where another patient fails to cancel, and we are unable to schedule you for an appointment. 
 

Therefore, A $100 booking fee is due at the time you schedule your appointment, this will go towards the cost of any services that you choose. If you need to cancel please do so within 24hrs of your appointment. If you do not cancel within 24hrs the $100 will be forfeited as a missed or late cancellation.

 

For services priced under $100, the full cost of the service will be charged at booking. However, failure to cancel or reschedule within 24 hours will result in an additional charge to total a $100 missed or late cancellation.
